Important Notice: Mandatory Upgrade to TLS 1.3 for Singapore A2P SMS Traffic

The Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) of Singapore has mandated the use of TLS (Transport Layer Security) 1.3 for all connections handling A2P SMS traffic, effective 1 April 2026.

To comply with this regulatory requirement and to avoid any potential service disruption, all customers sending SMS traffic to Singapore must ensure their systems support TLS 1.3 before the effective date.

Required Customer Action:
Customers are strongly encouraged to begin migrating to TLS 1.3 for their connections with MOCEAN as soon as possible.

Compliance Deadline:
In accordance with IMDA regulations, TLS 1.2 and below will no longer be supported for Singapore traffic after 1 April 2026.

To prevent any interruption to SMS delivery to Singapore, all required upgrades must be completed prior to this date.
